'Do You Know Him?' is a christian ministry, set up in 2019 by Jim & Lynda Hayes. We are determined to bring Hope to a lost and suffering world.
In our street ministry we see the increasing need for Hope. The homeless situation is growing at an alarming rate. The pressures in society are increasing each day, especially with the use of social media etc.
Their is one thing 'Do You Know Him?' is not! It is not a ministry that wants to push the Gospel of Jesus Christ down peoples throats.
God didn’t make robots, God gave every individual free will. Free Will = Love. 1 John 4:8 God is Love.
When on the streets, we want to be in the shoes of the Homeless, the poor the addicted, even if it is only for a while. Sit with them, ( Listen to them ) feed them, give them a blanket to keep warm etc. Whatever it may be. We just want to try to meet their needs at that moment.
We can talk about this all day, but talk will get us nowhere! James 2:17 says that faith without deeds is dead. We need action, not only words!
We are sick of sitting in the church and keeping the seats warm , it is people's hearts that need warming. But let's not forget Jesus said we are the Church.
